I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in Charlotte, NC. I hold a BA in Psychology from North Carolina Central University and an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Appalachian State University. My passion is creating spaces where safety, support, and growth are at the heart of every interaction—whether within our relationships or within ourselves.
