Peer Support Specialist 

In this role, you’ll attend meetings and plan activities tailored to our clients’ needs. You’ll provide education, employment training, and support services, ensuring our clients are equipped for success. Documenting progress and coordinating with stakeholders will be essential. You’ll also conduct community checks and deliver skill-building activities, focusing on wellness, socialization, and job readiness. Providing transportation when necessary, you’ll play a crucial role in our clients’ journey towards independence and employment.

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent and one year lived experience as a recipient of services and certification as a Peer Support Specialist.

Qualified Professional  

In this role, you’ll serve as the leader of our treatment team that provides direct clinical care to clients in our community based and in-home care programs in North Carolina. This position works closely with other clinical members of a defined team and serves an integral role in the treatment of patients in the behavioral health continuum.

Required: Bachelors in Human Services Field and 2 or more years of work related mental health experience post graduation

Outreach Coodinator 

In this role, you’ll recruit clients by highlighting mental health service benefits, engaging directly with potential clients. Your professional representation, strong sales skills, and community engagement will be vital. Understanding low-income communities and Medicaid systems, while ensuring confidentiality, is crucial. As an independent contractor, you’ll maximize commission earnings through effective recruitment strategies.

Required: Proven experience in sales or community outreach, preferably in mental health or healthcare.

Licensed Outpatient Therapist

Complete intake assessments and individualized treatment plans. Provide diagnosis and treatment planning based on clinical experience and knowledge for both children and adults. Complete all required records in a 24 hour period. Participate in monthly supervision; individual and group.
