Keyana M. Shyrier, M.Ed

Chief Administrative & Compliance Officer

Keyana M. Shyrier serves as Chief Administrative & Compliance Officer at The Ship Group Behavioral Health & Community Services (TSGBH), leading the systems that keep the agency operationally strong, payer-ready, and built to scale. She oversees core administrative functions that support service delivery—including operations execution, compliance infrastructure, internal controls, audit readiness, credentialing/verification workflows, and revenue-cycle support—so clients receive consistent, high-quality care and TSGBH remains aligned with Medicaid, MCO, and state expectations. In practice, Keyana translates standards into clear workflows, strengthens accountability across teams, and builds sustainable processes that protect clinical integrity while improving performance, responsiveness, and client experience.

Keyana brings a decade of compliance-centered leadership experience in complex, highly regulated environments where documentation, due process, confidentiality, and risk management are non-negotiable. Her background includes leading and supporting policy implementation, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, threat assessment, and case-management systems, along with developing trainings and maintaining accurate reporting and records across sensitive matters. She holds a Master of Science in Adult Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and she is completing doctoral-level work in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration—an academic foundation that strengthens her ability to build staff training systems, improve operational compliance, and create organization-wide structures that hold up under scrutiny.
