TSGBH provides structured, trauma-responsive treatment for adults who want to reduce substance use, begin recovery, prevent relapse or meet legal and clinical requirements. We address substance use alongside mental health, medical and social needs.

Program schedules vary by level of care. SAIOP is generally delivered across at least three days each week. SACOT provides a more intensive schedule of 20 or more hours per week. Delivery format, attendance expectations and location are confirmed during intake.
Admission is based on assessment, diagnosis, medical necessity, safety, payer rules and program capacity. Some services require prior authorization. DWI fees and documentation requirements differ from Medicaid or insurance-covered treatment.
