Practical, respectful care for adults managing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship stress, life transitions, serious mental-health needs or co-occurring substance use. TSGBH combines therapy, care coordination and community supports so treatment fits real life.

Care is individualized. Your assessment and treatment plan determine the goals, frequency and services that are appropriate for you.

Adult outpatient therapy may be offered by secure telehealth across North Carolina when clinically appropriate and permitted by the member’s coverage. In-person and community-based options depend on location, service type and provider capacity.
Coverage and authorization depend on your insurance plan, diagnosis, medical necessity and requested service. We accept referrals from individuals, families, hospitals, care managers, courts, schools and community partners.
Self-pay options may be available for selected outpatient services.
