Meredith Barnes Cain serves as the Regional Office & Programs Supervisor for The Ship Group Behavioral Health & Community Services (TSGBH), providing leadership for TSGBH’s presence and growth across Southeastern North Carolina. She supports the daily operations of the regional office while helping expand TSGBH’s programs through strong community visibility, reliable coordination, and trusted local partnerships. Meredith serves as a key point of contact for referral sources and community stakeholders, ensuring the region stays aligned with TSGBH standards and workflows while building the external relationships that strengthen access to care and increase service reach in rural communities.
