Gabriele Brown serves as Peer Support Program Supervisor at The Ship Group Behavioral Health & Community Services (TSGBH), providing day-to-day leadership for peer services that help clients build stability, strengthen recovery, and stay engaged with care. She supports peer staff through real-time coaching, clear expectations, and structured follow-through—ensuring services are delivered consistently, communication stays strong across the team, and clients are connected to practical supports that remove barriers to progress. Grounded in a strong understanding of social systems and human behavior, Gabriele brings an approach that blends compassion with accountability to keep services both supportive and outcome-focused.
Before stepping into behavioral health leadership, Gabriele developed strong supervision and operations skills in high-volume service environments—leading teams, conducting interviews and training, building schedules, maintaining documentation, and using performance and customer feedback data to improve quality and consistency. She holds a B.S. in Criminology and Sociology with a minor in Psychology, reflecting a foundation that aligns naturally with peer-based support and community-centered care. In her role at TSGBH, she applies this experience to strengthen peer support workflows, reinforce timely and accurate documentation, and ensure the Peer Support program operates with the structure, responsiveness, and integrity that clients—and payer partners—expect.
