Keyana Shyrier is the Operations Director, bringing extensive experience in healthcare accreditation, consulting, and operational leadership. As a certified CARF Surveyor, she evaluates healthcare agencies, including mental health organizations, ensuring they meet industry standards, and offers expert consultation on improving service delivery, policy compliance, and performance.

With over a decade of experience in higher education administration, Keyana has a proven track record in policy development, program coordination, and crisis management. Her work in this field provided her with invaluable skills that now drive her leadership in healthcare operations. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, she manages payroll and insurance claims processing, ensuring smooth and efficient organizational processes.

Keyana is a Certified Peer Support Specialist and holds certifications in CNA and phlebotomy, which enhance her understanding of healthcare and her ability to lead with compassion. She is also expanding her expertise in the healthcare field by pursuing a Master’s in Social Work at Liberty University’s School of Behavioral Sciences, further strengthening her skills in delivering effective mental health services.
