Shaun W. Raughley, B.S. serves as Office Administrator at The Ship Group Behavioral Health & Community Services (TSGBH), supporting the daily operations of the home office and helping ensure our administrative systems remain organized, compliant, and responsive. In this role, Shaun manages office workflows that directly impact client access and continuity of care—including document and file management, internal tracking systems, communication coordination, and process follow-through across departments. He supports payer-facing administrative functions by helping maintain clean documentation trails, organizing credentialing and authorization support workflows, and assisting leadership with routine compliance checks and file readiness so teams can operate efficiently and stay aligned with agency standards.

Shaun brings a strong foundation in business administration, process improvement, and structured operations, holding a B.S. in Business Administration with training in project management, leadership, and organizational communications. He is Six Sigma–trained (Green Belt and Yellow/White Belt) and is known for building clear systems, timelines, and documentation processes that reduce errors and improve consistency. His background includes developing training and development projects with measurable deliverables, hands-on experience running a customer-focused service business, and leadership in high-accountability environments that require discretion, responsiveness, and attention to detail. At TSGBH, Shaun applies these strengths to keep office operations running smoothly, support compliance and documentation quality, and strengthen the administrative backbone that allows clinical teams to focus on delivering excellent care.
