TSG Health & Wellness is the virtual primary care program of TSG Behavioral Health & Community Services. Our physician-led team provides secure video visits so you can get medical care without leaving home. We work closely with TSG’s counseling and support programs, so your physical and mental health care can stay connected when you choose.
TSG Health & Wellness provides virtual primary care for teens and adults living in North Carolina who want convenient care from home. Many of our patients are already connected to TSG Behavioral Health & Community Services, but you do not have to be in a TSG program to request a visit.
