Our substance use programs focus on person-centered and trauma-informed recovery planning in a therapeutic outpatient environment. Services are provided by a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) and delivered based on your personal goals, strengths, and needs.
Metrocare offers Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services to all individuals struggling with Substance Use Disorders and Fentanyl usage, regardless of health insurance coverage. MAT clients can receive services for up to one year alongside the Intensive Outpatient program and ongoing recovery services.
MAT is a better way to recover! Studies show that MAT is the best way to reduce harm and sustain recovery.
Now your loved one has the option to stay in their current living environment while receiving the intensive medical assistance needed for detox treatment and ongoing Medicated Assisted Treatment for the full continuum of outpatient care.
Services provided for Adults 18 years and older by a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). Frequency is based on the intensity of need but averages 6 hours per week for approximately 3 months with long term recovery supports in place upon the Intensive Outpatient Program completion.
For those with Opioid Use Disorder and/or alcohol dependency provided for Adults 18 years and older by a Licensed Physician and Registered Nurse. The Ambulatory Detox program lasts for 28 days with up to 6 hours of treatment per day. To participate, individuals must also pair Ambulatory Detox services with our Intensive Outpatient program to build long-term skills to maintain sobriety.
Fees based upon insurance coverage. Self-pay is available per a sliding scale based on income.
