How This Service Can Help

Care is individualized. Your assessment and treatment plan determine the goals, frequency and services that are appropriate for you.

Individual Counseling

Personalized therapy for mental-health symptoms, trauma, grief, stress, relationships, recovery and life transitions.

Family Counseling

Work with parents, caregivers, partners or other family members when shared communication and support are part of the treatment goal.

Group Therapy

Clinician-led groups may be available for shared education, recovery, coping skills and connection with others facing similar concerns.

Telehealth & In-Person Care

Outpatient therapy is available statewide through secure telehealth when clinically appropriate and permitted by the payer. Clients must be physically located in North Carolina during telehealth sessions. In-person availability depends on location, provider schedule and current capacity.

Eligibility, Coverage & Scheduling

Coverage depends on the insurance plan, diagnosis, medical necessity and provider network. Medicaid, commercial insurance and self-pay options may differ. Intake will verify the requested service before confirming an appointment.
