Medication can be one part of a broader treatment plan. TSGBH provides evaluation, medication review and follow-up with qualified prescribers, while coordinating with therapy, primary care and other supports when authorized.

How This Service Can Help

Care is individualized. Your assessment and treatment plan determine the goals, frequency and services that are appropriate for you.

Initial Evaluation

Review of symptoms, health history, current medications, previous treatment and the goals you want to address.

Medication Follow-Up

Monitoring response, side effects, adherence and whether the treatment plan should continue or change.

Care Coordination

Communication with therapists, primary-care clinicians, pharmacies and other providers when releases and clinical need support it.

Appointment Format

Appointments may be offered by secure telehealth or in person depending on provider availability, clinical need, location and payer rules. Some concerns require an in-person examination, laboratory work or referral to another clinician.

Medication is prescribed only when the treating professional determines it is clinically appropriate.

Eligibility, Coverage & Scheduling

Coverage varies by health plan. Certain medications, early refills or controlled substances may have additional clinical, legal and payer requirements. An appointment does not guarantee that a requested medication will be prescribed.
