CARF’s public ASPIRE to Excellence® framework emphasizes assessment, strategy, input from persons served and stakeholders, implementation, review of results, and continuous change. TSG’s quality program is organized around those same themes: care that is person-centered, measurable, safe, accountable, and continuously improved.
This section summarizes TSG’s quality approach using public CARF quality themes; it is not a reproduction of CARF’s proprietary standards manual.
Clients are treated with dignity and respect, informed about their care, involved in decisions, and supported in exercising rights, privacy, choice, and grievance processes.
Intake, assessment, treatment planning, care coordination, and transitions are designed to connect each person with the appropriate level of service and a clear next step.
TSG uses credential verification, role-specific onboarding, supervision, training, and clinical or medical oversight appropriate to the service being delivered.
Quality includes identifying risks, responding to incidents and safety concerns, maintaining emergency procedures, and reviewing patterns that may require corrective action.
TSG reviews access, service delivery, documentation, client experience, compliance findings, and other performance indicators so leadership can evaluate whether services are producing the intended results.
Findings are used to create action plans, strengthen workflows, correct problems, and monitor whether changes actually improve quality. Leadership and governance are responsible for follow-through.

CARF’s public provider directory identifies TSG’s accredited scope as Intensive Family-Based Services, Outpatient Treatment, and Community Integration, with an integrated substance use disorder/mental health program focus.
Standards matter because people matter. Quality is reflected not only in licenses, policies, and documentation, but also in whether clients feel heard, respected, informed, safe, and involved in their care. That human experience is part of how TSG evaluates whether our systems are working as intended.
Quality oversight includes more than the care delivered in a single appointment. TSG reviews complaints, grievances, documentation, access barriers, incidents, client feedback, and operational findings so concerns can be addressed and improvements tracked over time.
We want concerns addressed promptly and without retaliation. If something about your care, privacy, access, billing, communication, or treatment does not feel right, contact TSG and ask for assistance with the grievance or complaint process.
Our Notice of Privacy Practices explains how health information may be used and disclosed and describes your rights regarding your information.
