(How to Earn +$2/session)

You earn the Reliability Bonus when you meet Active Standards for the month:

  • Schedule posted 14 days out (no gaps)
  • Maintain required weekly availability
  • Respond to new assignments within 12 business hours
  • Meetings completed (or make-up within 48 hours)
  • Documentation completed on time and meets standards

QUICK EXAMPLES (Real Numbers)

  • Licensed + Active + 80 sessions/month: maxes out at $50/session$4,000/month
  • Associate + Active + 80 sessions/month: maxes out at $45/session$3,600/month

 

PAYOUT TIMING

  • Base pay: paid on your normal payroll cycle for completed sessions and CCAs
  • Monthly bonuses: Reliability + Volume + CCA Speed are calculated after month-end and paid as a Monthly Performance Bonus on the next payroll cycle
