Michael Udosen serves as Support Team Agent – BTRC Program at TSG Behavioral Health & Community Services. In this role, he supports special initiatives across the agency that help improve efficiency, strengthen internal processes, and enhance the overall experience for both clients and the clinical team. Michael plays an important behind-the-scenes role in helping projects move forward smoothly, supporting organizational effectiveness, and contributing to the systems that allow quality care and service delivery to remain a priority.
