Children, teens and families
Age-appropriate, trauma-responsive support for children and adolescents whose emotions, behavior, relationships or life experiences are affecting home, school or community life. Families are included as partners in care whenever appropriate.

Care is individualized. Your assessment and treatment plan determine the goals, frequency and services that are appropriate for you.

Support for communication, parenting challenges, conflict, transitions and strengthening the family’s ability to respond together.
Team-based support for eligible youth with serious behavioral or emotional needs who require intensive help in the home and community.
Outpatient therapy may be available by secure telehealth statewide when appropriate. Office-based and intensive home/community services are available only in approved service areas and depend on staffing, payer authorization and program capacity.
For school or court referrals, our team will explain what releases and records are needed.
Eligibility varies by age, diagnosis, functional need, insurance plan and service. Intensive services require a qualifying assessment, service order and health-plan authorization. Submission of a referral does not guarantee admission.

Services begin with clear goals, caregiver participation and coordination with other supports as appropriate.
