Gabriele Brown serves as Operations Manager at The Ship Group Behavioral Health & Community Services (TSGBH), providing agency-wide operational leadership across the organization’s behavioral health, community-based, and administrative services. She is responsible for strengthening daily operations, supporting program performance, coordinating workforce and operational priorities, and ensuring that the systems supporting client care remain organized, responsive, and accountable.
Gabriele brings a strong combination of behavioral health leadership, staff supervision, and operational management experience to her role. She previously served as TSGBH’s Peer Support Services Supervisor, where she led program operations, supported staff development, strengthened service workflows, reinforced documentation and performance expectations, and helped maintain consistent delivery of person-centered services. Her experience working directly with program teams provides her with a practical understanding of the operational demands facing employees, supervisors, clinicians, and the individuals TSGBH serves.
As Operations Manager, Gabriele works closely with executive leadership, clinical leadership, program supervisors, and administrative teams to translate organizational priorities into effective daily execution. Her responsibilities include workforce coordination, supervisor accountability, client-access workflows, onboarding and operational readiness, internal systems, quality-improvement follow-through, compliance preparation, and the identification and resolution of barriers that can affect service continuity. She also helps ensure that operational practices remain responsive to the expectations of managed care organizations, payers, referral partners, and other stakeholders.
Before joining behavioral health leadership, Gabriele developed extensive supervisory and operational experience in high-volume service environments, leading teams, conducting interviews and training, managing schedules and documentation, and using performance data and customer feedback to improve quality and consistency.
Gabriele holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Sociology with a minor in Psychology, providing a strong academic foundation in human behavior, social systems, and community dynamics. Her leadership reflects TSGBH’s commitment to professional accountability, reliable operations, collaborative care, and high-quality services for the communities it serves.
