Goal Clarity
Define realistic priorities and turn broad ideas into specific, measurable next steps.
Goal-focused non-clinical support
Life Coaching provides structured, practical support for people who want help clarifying goals, building routines and following through on personal or professional plans. It is not psychotherapy and does not diagnose or treat a mental-health condition.

Care is individualized. Your assessment and treatment plan determine the goals, frequency and services that are appropriate for you.
Define realistic priorities and turn broad ideas into specific, measurable next steps.
Create routines, review progress, identify barriers and adjust the plan without judgment.
Work on time management, decision-making, communication and balancing responsibilities.
Sessions may be provided virtually or in person based on availability. The coach and participant establish the focus, frequency and practical assignments. When clinical needs become apparent, the participant will be referred to an appropriate provider.
Life Coaching is generally separate from Medicaid-covered behavioral-health treatment and may be self-pay. Intake will explain current pricing, availability and whether another TSGBH service better fits the request.
Our intake team will guide you through the process and tell you what information is needed.
Clarify the goal and confirm that coaching—not clinical treatment—is appropriate.
Define priorities, milestones, routines and accountability methods.
Track follow-through, address barriers and update the plan.
Submit a referral and our team will review your needs, coverage, service area and current program capacity.
