  • Adults with co-occurring mental-health needs that can be managed safely without 24-hour care

Program Expectations

  • TSGBH generally schedules services across five days, with daily hours based on the program plan
  • Consistent attendance, active participation and regular progress review

Schedule & Delivery

SACOT is a demanding treatment schedule. Intake will explain the current daily times, location, transportation expectations and whether any component may be delivered remotely under current policy.

Eligibility, Coverage & Scheduling

Admission requires an assessment, qualifying diagnosis, ASAM-based recommendation, safe outpatient status and required authorization. SACOT is not appropriate for a person who needs medical withdrawal management or 24-hour supervision.
